Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Etram fragrance. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. Due to the personal-care nature of attars and perfume oils, opened or used bottles cannot be accepted for return, for hygiene reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, sample vials, and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Email us at etramhubsupport@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 94072 04043 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the fragrance you’d like instead.
